A deadstock fabric series that sources unused materials from shuttered fabric mills across Japan. From iconic brands of the '80s through the early 2000s, we seek out unique and compelling textiles, no matter where they come from.

This time, we unearthed an elegant deadstock fabric of alpaca and cashmere from the renowned Italian mill Loro Piana, hidden away in a Japanese factory. Likely originally intended for a luxury brand in the late '90s or early 2000s, it's a rare find with timeless appeal.

日本各地の廃業した生地工場からデッドストック生地を見つけ、それらを素材に商品を作っていくデッドストックファブリックシリーズ。80年代 から2000年ぐらいまでの某有名ブランドものから試作反に至るまで、とにかく面白い生地をピックアップしていきます。

今回はイタリアの高級ミル　Loro Pianaのエレガントなアルパカ　カシミアのデッドストック生地を日本の工場から発掘しました。おそらく90年代から2000年代の某高級ブランドが使用予定だったものです。
